Bonding can take place if loose laying with ballast or loose laying with mechanical fastening is not economical or possible. When bonding usually all layers in the roof layer structure are glued together. As adhesive for FPO / TPO and ECB roofing membranes, liquid or sprayable polyurethane roof sheeting adhesives are used. The processing instructions of the adhesive manufacturer are to be observed. One distinguishes between full-surface and strip-wise bonding.
For bonding to the prepared substrate, use FPO / TPO and ECB roofing membranes with non-woven fabric backing.
